The whole item ordered looked a bit smaller than the photo online and the store gave the sender’s contact number to the delivery driver instead of the receiver’s contact number, resulting to driver contacting the sender during delivery and sender having to coordinate it further with the intended receiver (sender is from the US, hence, it was a bit more challenging to coordinate with receiver).
Did not look like the pictures. It was Very small and the shop did not put any pompom chrysanthemum. My mum loves those. I was quite disappointed, usually they are really good as I order my mother's bday flowers and mother's day flowers from here yearly.
