Fresh and vibrant. The delivery was quick and the bouquet looked perfect

The experience with you isn't great. I picked 1pm - 5pm delivery but the flowers didn't arrive within that timeframe. By the time it arrived, the event is done and we're no longer at the area (5:45PM) I contact your support to see if its possible to reroute the flowers. They just sent the lalamove rider contact and delegate the coordination to me. Good thing the rider agreed to deliver it on a different address so long as I pay additional charge. By the time the flowers arrived, they are wilted! Aside from them being wilted, the some flowers listed in the listing are not included in the bouquet (e.g Snapdragons and dusty millers missing)

The verdict, I will not longer avail your services on these kinds of occasions. The stress and disappointment I got from this experience is enough to say that

The worst flowers I’ve ever got in my life. Half dead, taped together, broken. Never ever again. Do not use
