As with the other, it was a breath of fresh air in dealing with an online seller who goes above and beyond and delivers what you see online--not some poor substitute. I have made hundreds of online purchases--from sellers across the gambit from extremely good to extremely bad--and this Florist is absolutely the best of the best--the top of the heap. Communication: fast and easy communication. Quality of product: excellent. Fulfills as promised: Yes. My niece had so much fun opening the gift. One of her colleagues video recorded while my niece was opening the gift and sent the video to us here in the US--they were all thrilled with the present. I am very happy with my purchase. The shipping speed was spot on. This florist is truly stellar in all respects. I highly recommend.

Service was on point. Even though some of the flowers in my requested bundle was no longer available, they did not hide it by replacing with other flowers and even offered to find solutions for me that will still make the bouquet as beautiful as displayed!

Disappointed
The roses are already withered when it arrived and the rose that supposed to be gold is not gold anymore. I am really disappointed with the flowers and I was embarrassed to give to my wife.
