I liked that when I spoke to a representative there they were able to give alternative options of delivery as my birthday bundle was incomplete with the cake (they had been waiting for stock to come in). Fortunately everything was delivered as a whole and it looked exactly like the photo displayed on the website even though it was later than what the delivery time chosen, I was actually pleased that I was contacted and advised of the situation, the operator was very pleasant to speak with and would definitely order there again.

The overall service has been great. The deliver guy made sure the package was delivered to the right person and he made extra effort to make that happen. Overall i am very statisfied with the service. I give you guys 5/5 Stars :)
