I know flower shops substitute flowers when it’s not available. But the flowers I got did not look like anything in the photo. Except for the main flowers, everything else was a substitute. The flowers were small. I would have gotten a different type of bouquet. Even the vase was different and the colors were not this same hue. I suggest you update this photo with the actual one.

Flowers were not that fresh

Hi not a new customer, sad to say we're a little disappointed with our purchase. It looks so different from the picture, it didn't have the eucalyptus leaves which my mom loves, and the flower used were not bloomed yet, the jar look like a recycled mayonnaise jar.

The roses sent were just pink roses and the vase was just a garapon. Very disappointing

Package is delievered past 1pm already and we already waited four hours (committed to be delivered by 9am to 1pm). They also used cheap bottle vases with no decor at all. Too expensive compared to other vendor in the market.
