I ordered the “Always There” bouquet from FlowerChimp for Mother’s Day because I liked the idea of a custom photo card. The website was easy to use, and delivery arrived on time. The bouquet’s colors (pinks and purples) and modern pink vase looked pretty in the product photos. However, when the flowers arrived they were underwhelming. The blooms were not very fresh. The packaging was minimal, suggesting it wasn’t well protected during transport. The bouquet itself was noticeably smaller than I expected from the online image. Considering the total cost was PHP 1,959 (including flowers, delivery, and tax), the size and quality felt disappointing. The biggest letdown was the photo card. The listing showed a printed photo insert, and I uploaded my own photo at checkout, but the bouquet arrived without any printed photo. This personalized feature was the main reason I chose this arrangement, so it was especially disappointing that it was missing. In summary, the order had some positives like easy ordering and timely delivery, but overall it did not match the advertised images or my expectations. The product feels overpriced for what was delivered. Compared to other online florists I’ve tried (which often include sturdier packaging and free delivery), this experience fell short. Overall, I would rate FlowerChimp’s service 2 out of 5 stars.
