Cake was sub par. Gift delivered was not what was bought

I received the bouquet and it was so much smaller than what was advertised. Not only did they use different variants of some of the flowers as what was in the photo, some of the flowers also arrived wilted. I gave feedback and sent pictures and they explained that flowers all ‘bloom differently’ so I shouldn’t expect exactly what’s in the photo. I don’t expect it to be a perfect copy but I expected the same variants would be used and they wouldn’t be short and wilted when they arrived. They sent over another bouquet the next day which was slightly larger (but still not quite like the photo) but Mother's day was over.
Just embarrassing because we spend our hard earned money on special gifts like this and I couldn’t help but feel embarrassed for the tiny bouquet that had arrived, really such a disappointment.
