I’ve been a loyal customer and have always trusted this company for important occasions. That’s why I chose them again to send flowers to my best friend. Unfortunately, this time the bouquet arrived wilted, with browning petals and a droopy
appearance. It was nothing like the vibrant arrangement shown online.
It was really disappointing, especially since it was meant to make my best friend feel special.
I’ve had good experiences before,
so I hope this was just a one-time
problem. But I’ll definitely think
twice before ordering again.
