The flowers were beautiful and were delivered on time.
However there was no provision for messages and I believe it is important that they should establish a viber/whatsapp number to simplify liaison/ answer questions from overseas customer.
Otherwise my friends thought the flowers were beautiful. Thank you.

It was a bit late. I booked the delivery 9am to 1pm but it arrived past 1pm.
The flowers arrived in perfect condition. The hotline is very accommodating and helpful. I just hope that it came earlier since it was a bit late. Hopefully, next time within the booked time duration. But overall, I'm still satisfied with the service.
