Never had problems with a service, very nice people.

I received one wrong item without me being informed by the sender. I am even the one who needed to tell them that there is wrong item received and just knew from their support that one item in my order is out of stock. They should have informed me in the first place and did some resolve on the issue. Ending is that they refunded that one item but I hope they were the one who made action first over me.

In total, I ordered for 4 sets of flowers for all the moms in my family and to be delivered to 2 addresses. They were all sent on time and I received thank yous which is great! One small feedback that I'd like to say is that for one of my orders, the sunflower petals weren't intact for one of the three (in the order) delivered to the same address. Might be due to the rider's total deliveries for the day, but I intentionally had my orders delivered on a Saturday to avoid the Sunday Mother's Day rush. Still, thanks to the courier from sending my orders in time. It might have been just an accident, but still worth mentioning. This wasn't my first order with Flower Chimp and it wont be the last. I find the prices reasonable and overall service to be good, especially for rush orders which I've done in the past.

The images on FlowerChimp's site showed Emery as a huge bouquet. But when it was delivered, I could not hide but utter my disappointment to the rider. And to think that bouquets from FlowerChimp are always expensive. I will think a hundred times next time I need to buy flowers.
