Ordering was straight forward. It was seamless. My mom got the flowers and cake as scheduled. This was my second time purchasing flowers from you guys, and my mom loved her flowers! The quality of the flowers were amazing. She loved the Colors and they were fresh! The reason why I gave a rating of 8 only was that, the vases that were used, were dirty. The glass vases were cloudy/foggy. Hence, she used our own vase instead. Other than that, the rest were wonderful. I’ll be ordering again soon. Thank you.
The flowers were very beautiful and I didn’t expect it to come with a vase, which was great! What I was expecting though was the greeting card that I also paid extra for because the recipient really looks forward to those, but there was none. Hope you could double check next time

Flowers arrived on scheduled but half of the flowers in the order were not fresh when they arrived. They were limp and even with proper water died just two days later. Pictured photo was as they looked when first delivered.
We’re really sorry to hear that the flowers didn’t arrive in the fresh condition you expected. That’s definitely not the experience we want for our customers, especially when sending something meaningful. Received the flowers but got so disappointed as it did not come with any type of packaging or other container. It doesn’t look nice in the view of the recipient because the rider just handed the actual vase, that’s it. Aside from that, having it delivered that way can be prone to spilling or the vase getting broken if not handled carefully.
