First time using the website and honestly it went smooth and easy, considering I am abroad and my girlfriend is in the Philippines it worked out perfectly, the product was as described 10/10 service

I ordered two Ariana bouquets for two sisters, both home sick with Covid. This one, sent to Cebu sister, rated a 10. It arrived exactly as pictured on website. The other one, to a Metro Manila address, rated a 0. That was order 198819. The flowers were way way past their prime. I sent pics to customer service and hope someone pays attention. Unfortunately, there is no room to send pics here. In fact, in my email, I suggested that the company ask recipients to send pics as a way of quality control.
