My experience with Flower Chimp was great. The flowers were fresh and amazing. They were delivered when they were supposed to be delivered. The price was a little high, but fair.
I thought they had made a mistake with the order, but they hadn’t. I had had a misunderstanding. I contacted customer service and their customer service was great as well. They were very prompt and timely in responding to my emails and addressed all my concerns.
