I chose the delivery time of 9am to 1pm. However, the order had arrived at 1:30pm. By that time, we had already left the original delivery location to catch our reservation. I ended up paying extra for the rider to deliver it again to the new location. When I asked the rider what happened, he said the delivery was ordered at 11am. It was sad knowing the delivery could have been done earlier, and that I could have avoided paying extra.
