They couldn’t locate the address (apparently, the street name of the recipient has been changed), but they were relentless in tracking down the correct address through calls made to me. The flowers arrived at the destination and the recipient was happy. Wonderful job by the one who was assigned to call me up (I wasn’t able to get her name).
