The website has a lot of features, i.e., easy navigation, detailed categories, lots of add-ons to choose from, various payment options, easy to input my address, and great customer service! Next time, kindly check the status of the orders first, i.e., if the product has already been delivered or not yet, to avoid confusion and conflict. Overall, I'm still very satisfied.
