We appreciate your rating. ;)
Collaborate was on time and very fresh! Great service
We’re really happy to hear that the flowers arrived fresh and right on time. Moments like these are exactly what we aim for with every delivery.
Fast delivery. Good customer service. Very approachable personnels.
My wife was really happy about this new product.
The flowers, glass container, and box were exquisite. The “Best Mom Ever” card and print out message was okay, but nothing particularly special.
However, I experienced issues with the delivery. I entered the correct address, but when the order arrived, the delivery rider claimed that the pinned address was wrong and asked for an additional fee/tip.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. It means a lot that the overall presentation felt exquisite. We also appreciate your honest note about the card and printed message and will take that into account as we continue improving those personal touches. Additionally, we’ll be raising this with our delivery team to review what happened and ensure better handling moving forward.
