The delivery was late and i was informed only when i asked for the status. in fact they said it cannot be on the same day. i think given that we book a date and time range, it's quite critical to know whether the item will be delivered. while that was quite disappointing. the customer srvice via fb messenger did a fantastic job helping me expedite the request and it was delivered on the same day albeit at night. if there are overwhelming orders and unable to meet delivery slot, please inform earlier so we can either cancel, think of other solution. thank you to the team for the help and support.
