Birthday Present Unexepectedly Not Fresh!
Upon receiving the bouquet, most of the flowers in the front were not fresh! The petals were wilting na! Cake was mid. Balloon was nice but we had to put it on the stick ourselves. This is a disservice to people who want to celebrate their birthdays. 3/5
