This product was not available in the region of my recipient. What I got instead was the Timeless Beauty bouquet. Flower arrangement of Timeless Beauty bouquet looks good!

What I appreciated most was their kindness and responsiveness throughout the whole process. They contacted me when they noticed that the product I chose was not available in the region of delivery. They provided an option and something to compensate for it. To be honest, I got worried my partner might not like the alternative. But when my partner received the flowers, the reaction was priceless. It truly made our day and brought us closer despite the distance. The arrangement was absolutely stunning — fresh, elegant, and thoughtfully put together. You can really tell they care about the details.

I can’t thank this flower shop enough for helping me surprise my special someone. Being in a long-distance relationship isn’t always easy, and moments like these mean everything to us. Even though I couldn’t be there in person, they helped me feel close in the most beautiful way.

Other Feedback/Suggestions for Improvement:
-Improvements on website UI to include if product is available in region.
-Ensure to match what was shown in the photo. The alternative was ok, but what my partner received had a snake plant alternative for the which was mildly dangerous to cats. My partner has a cat, so got a bit worried.
-Other than that, I liked the service (Thanks Nat, Jay-Ar, Sara, and Axelle!)
