The flowers delivered was incorrect. It may be the rider error but still not a good customer experience. It was also late, i chose 1-5pm, ir was delivered 11pm. When i reported, the CS offered to send the correct one but since i/ the interment day already I declined. Offered 40% refund.

What you experienced, receiving an incorrect arrangement and a delivery outside your selected 1–5 PM window, is not the standard we aim for. I ordered the sympathy crown for my colleague's father who died. I was in a hurry since I am trying to have it delivered asap. Lo and behold, there was an "add on" inappropriate card amounting to 99 pesos to the total bill. Totally inappropriate add on suggestion. Your system should have noticed I ordered a sympathy flower so adding cards should not be triggered. Tsssk very disappointing. I was so ashamed
