How the flower was arranged.. which I actually realized when we start to unravel the wrapper so we can put it in the vase. The flower arrangement is very beautiful compared to what I’ve bought before and I really loved the flowers esp the hydrangeas. Don’t know much about the quality of flowers, but for me they look beautiful and fresh. And I loved that they have same-day delivery and free for birthdays. I also love their csr, they are quick and responsive. I loved my whole experience with flowerchimp and will definitely buy again. 😍🥰😘

Maybe it would be better to probably have a system for more customization and have a more elaborate update as to the status of the order and delivery instead of just telling me that the order is confirmed and if it has arrived
