Maybe it would be better to probably have a system for more customization and have a more elaborate update as to the status of the order and delivery instead of just telling me that the order is confirmed and if it has arrived

The 1st customer service rep I spoke to was courteous and helpful but unintentionally did give me wrong info on credit card payment. That is, that I still had to email the transaction confirmation from my bank after having paid via credit card. The 2nd rep I spoke to was very courteous also and very helpful and said that there was no need to email a bank transaction confirmation for credit card payments. I think it's possible that the 1st rep might have thought that I was paying via some other payment mode that required the email confirmation. Maybe she couldn't hear me well, because, just like I had told her, the background noise (people) was distracting as it was very loud. Overall, though. EXCELLENT experience. Flowers arrived on time and were very well-packaged and so very beautiful. Will order again next time. Thank you, Flower Chimp.
I didn't get the exact flowers that I ordered that was shown in the pictures but overall very good on the website and the delivery
