At least there should be a link from the order confirmation to track the order so we as the customer could check and track our order, it would be less hassle free for our part that yo make a call or email you. But don’t get me wrong, it has always been your company where i always order flowers and send it to my love ones. I have the confidence of buying flowers from you because of the quality, and the effeciency of the delivery. i love flower chimp. ;)
