The gift set was well put together and felt very thoughtful.

Unfortunately the flowers were not as described, some roses were substituted for another red flower, there was no gold flower as claimed.

I am satisfied about the delivery time but my ferrero was changed to toblerone without my permission and my photo uploaded wasnt found by their system.Overall Im satisfied.Costumer service is great I did get a refund of 199 php but only after I reported the issue to them.I'd but again but hopefully changes like that get's updated for the costumer beforehand.

Was not happy with the quality of the flowers. Most of them were wilted. They tried to substitute the ferrero rocher with toblerone. Even forgot the photo I paid for. Only reason why I’m not giving it a one star was because the help desk was receptive. They sent an apology bouquet which also contained mostly wilted flowers. At least they tried I guess. Will not recommend or order from this site again

I’ve ordered from this supplier more than three times in total and have been disappointed every single time. But what happened with the last delivery was completely unacceptable.
First delivery: The photo I’d ordered and paid for, which was supposed to be included with the bouquet, was completely missing.
Second delivery: Pure sloppiness. A completely different card message was stapled onto my card. This mix-up was so serious that it almost ruined my relationship.
Third delivery (the worst) – this was no longer just a matter of technical errors, but of personal misconduct. The delivery driver harassed my girlfriend relentlessly and behaved in a highly unprofessional, even offensive, manner towards her. It is absolutely unacceptable that a customer should feel uncomfortable or even threatened during a delivery.
Conclusion: From a lack of care in the execution of the service to the unacceptable behaviour of staff at the front door – this company is in no way to be recommended. I will never order from here again.
