For items which are not available, your website should have clearly stated the status of the item (available, not available / out of stock) in order for the customer to avoid having placed the order already, paid for the items and then you'll come back and say, the item/items is/are not available. It's very disappointing on the part of the customer. Please do something to reflect the actual status of the items in the website. Be empathetic on the part of the customers, 'cause if it happens to you, will you be happy???

I had no idea that the card would be handwritten and the handwriting was bad. Would make such a big difference to use a printer instead. Other than that, the delivery and customer service was good.
