I'm very satisfied with your excellent customer service. I noticed that on the website usability, a little confusing on how to include personal message. Also, when i received my email order confirmation, it shows different date from my order so i had to email back to fix matters. overall, still 5 stars for excellent customer service. will order again and will recommend to others. The pinecones and some flowers were detached from the arrangement. There was no packaging to protect the arrangement. The design is really nice and festive if only it can arrive to its destination not detached.
