I am in the US, and I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday in the Philippines. It was extremely easy to order, and she loved them. Thanks so much.

The ordering process was user friendly, the product really arrived at the time it was scheduled, the rider who delivered the flowers was really courteous, and to top them all, my wife really loved the flowers! Maybe you can just improve upon the messaging system (where the sender can compose his own personal message to the recipient). I typed it in 2 paragraphs but it was typed as a block of text. A proofreader and editor on your end will help. :)
