The roses themselves had good potential, but I was quite disappointed with how the arrangement was delivered. Several of the roses already looked dried out which made the bouquet appear less fresh and attractive than expected. the actual arrangement did not match the quality I was hoping for. Overall, the presentation and freshness of the flowers need improvement.
