Good updates from the team on alternative flowers & was responsive. Minor negative comment is the wreath I got did not look like the one in the picture where it was with a nice box stand. Pics should look as close to the real thing as possible.

Ordered a condolence wreath for delivery to a colleague in the Philippines from Singapore, was glad to have taken the chance and order via Flower Chimp. Payment was easy and delivery was done promptly within Antipolo, the flowers looked great and I had no complaints. Hope there are more variety with card messages in the future.

would be better if you have order tracking or even just an email when the order has already been delivered. Also, my order looked different compared to the photos in your site. in photo, It looked like the flowers were on a pedestal but in reality it was just a lousy piece of paper draped in front. I have no problem with that, if I only knew that was what I was going to get, just update the pictures in your site to avoid false advertisement.
