Flower Subsciptions FAQs

• Can I Change The Date They're Due To Arrive?

  The subscription bouquets will arrive every month on the date selected. However, if you would want to change the date of delivery, you can contact our customer service at info.ph@flowerchimp.com to assist you in selecting a different date.

• Can I Change The Address Or Gift Message?

  Yes, of course! We'd love to send your flowers on your special day and make your loved one happy as much as you do! Just contact our customer service team at info.ph@flowerchimp.com for any changes in address or message card.

• How Do I Pause My Subscription?

  If you and your loved one will be out on vacation, and would need to pause your subscription, you can just send an e-mail to our customer service team to put the flower subscription on hold.

• How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

  While we hate to see you go (please do let us know if we can help with anything that's causing frustration or difficulty), if the time has come to cancel your subscription, just leave our team a message at info.ph@flowerchimp.com

• When Do You Take Payment For Subscriptions?

  For the 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month flower subscriptions, you can pay upfront via any payment option. As for the Regular Ongoing Subscription, we'll charge you a day before the delivery date.

• Can I choose the type of arrangement that gets delivered?

  You may opt to choose between hand bouquets and vase arrangements. We love the idea of a sweet surprise so each arrangement that will be delivered will be based on the chosen design of our Flower Team. However, if you want to know what your loved one will be receiving, feel free to reach out to us a day in advance to confirm.

• Can I have a specific flower for my subscription?

  We do appreciate it if you can inform us of your preferences. However, due to seasonality, we cannot guarantee that the preferred flower can be incorporated into the arrangement.
