The quality of the product, especially the FLOWERSSS, they are so beautifully arranged! 🤗👌Hence, the delivery process left us (customer) clueless with whereabouts. Have not received if they already picked it up from the store or if they are on their way.But the rest is all good! Especially to the customer service I spoke with via phone call 🫰🏻🤗
