I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my order, which was scheduled for delivery today between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
I specifically ordered a fruit basket, flowers, balloons, and a "Get Well Soon" card for a friend who is currently confined in the hospital. The timing of this delivery is extremely important, as hospital visiting hours are limited and the purpose of the gift is to provide comfort and encouragement during their stay.
It is now 5:37 PM, and the recipient has still not received the complete order. This delay defeats the purpose of sending a thoughtful get-well gift to someone who is hospitalized.
I chose Flower Chimp based on your promised delivery window, and I expected that commitment to be honored. If there were any unforeseen delays, I should have been notified proactively instead of being left wondering whether the order would arrive at all.
I request an immediate update on:
- The current status of my order.
- The estimated time of delivery.
- An explanation for why the promised delivery window was not met.
Given the nature of this order and its intended recipient, I hope you understand the urgency of this matter and take immediate action to ensure the order is delivered as soon as possible.
