Adel from customer care assisted me in timely manner and they phone call me even I am overseas just to make sure they are meeting my needs. They are impressive!

I was satisfied most with the arrangement and the quality of flowers. Hoping they would last long. Perhaps including a box or some sort of protection for the flowers during the delivery process would further improve its appearance upon delivery.

I am most satisfied by the user interface of the website because it is easy to navigate and it does not have a confusing menu or links. Also, they have delivered it on time yesterday. Moreover, my girlfriend loves the flowers and she keep on saying that it is so pretty. Thank you also for an awesome customer support/service!
