Be a little bit more attentive to customer's request and instructions, and be more proactive on going above and beyond for your customers. I still have to be pushy to get my flowers delivered on specified time. Don't wait for your customers to get pushy and testy. Customer service is about being a step or two ahead of your customer. But nonetheless, you pulled it off. Compare to my horrible experience from last Valentine's Day from flowerstore.ph, this was a major improvement. Jake did a magnificent recovery from feeling let down again when I received an email about a failed delivery, to receiving a message from my girlfriend around 9pm that she received the flowers. That was a good sigh of relief. But I still don't quite understand why is it such a challenge delivering flowers in BGC area in the evening ? There are a lot of BPO offices there that works graveyard shifts. Delivery services ought to recognize this and should be able make necessary adjustments on delivery hours.
