I was ordering from the US so your website made it easy to select just the items I wanted. The pricing was excellent. The recipient was very happy with the quality of the products ; the flower arrangement was beautiful and the ice cream was packaged in an insulated bag to keep it fresh and frozen. The delivery person was cheerful and respectful. All in all, a great service and I will be pleased to use your company again

customer service coz very quick in replying emails when u need help or asking any information, also I like you taking pic evidence of arrival of the flowers, thats really awesome and very unique , just need improvement like I cant send chocalates or ice cream other than Manila metro, thats all.
