the clear instructions on how to place the order then how to get to the payment part, as I was stuck there for a while. I actually tried calling, but because of bad connection (Canada to the Phils), the staff who answered my call hanged up and when I called back I was put on hold for a long time until I decided to just hang up anticipating huge overseas call. I actually want to call you attention on this. If I am not an interested customer and kind of desperate in placing the order, I could have just gave up and shop somewhere else. This unpleasant experience was exonerated by the staff responding via chat support.
