Ordered from abroad and found the process really easy as I was able to do it all online and didn't have to mess around with bank transfers. Communication with customer service was fast and easy. Delivery was right on time (I received a delivery confirmation) and my mum loved the flowers!!! She sent me pictures and I was impressed with the quality.
