The flowers look great, though not exactly how it was pictured on the website. Still about 90% accurate, so we’re still satisfied with it. Thank you so much for your efficient and reliable service!

The flower was for our friend in one of the chapels of St Peter Memorial Chapel in Quezon City, Philippines. My concerns:1. There’s no Available ribbon to write a message to be hang in the choices of flowers for sympathy.2. The add ons that popped up at order time are applicable to birthdays or anniversary, which I think are not applicable to funerals/sympathy situation. 3. There’s no specific line for “name of deceased”, so I put it in Soecial instruction. Since the chapel number was not asked, I did not put it. So I got a call late evening my time in Nevada, USA from one of your staff asking for the chapel number. I thought since I put the name of deceased that your delivery staff can ask the St Peter reception or information to be directed for the delivery. But I’m not sure about the system of St Peter Memorial at this time of Covid-19 pandemic. Thank you if my order was delivered.Nimi
