I had a glitch with the delivery and it caused me some stress but this company was able to turn it around. They have excellent service recovery (some reps weren’t exactly helpful but Merry was efficient and produced results).
I’m not merely saying this because I was able to eventually have my flowers delivered, but because of the integrity and the company’s class act of ensuring customer satisfaction. We as customers are placing not only money but faith that our loved ones will receive our gifts. Not just any gifts - they’re flowers, meant to be special and meant to make them feel appreciated and loved. If that is what you are after, then trust Flower Chimp. They will not disappoint.
Due to the customer service rep Merry, I will be ordering for my daughter’s first bouquet for her birthday from this company and I know that I can trust them with this special event, and for her future birthday bouquets as well.
