Golden Rod flowers were unavailable but they messaged me via email to get my confirmation on the changed flower. They were still able to deliver the flowers between the normal time frame I asked for.

I was very satisfied with the customer service I was provided. Even if the flowers I originally ordered weren't available they took time to call up and confirm replacements. Please add a note to some of your products to say subject to availability as I have been told on a few occasions now, that the flowers I ordered well in advance are not available and must been substituted for something else. I'm not mad, just a little disappointed that what I ordered sometimes isn't what is given to the recipient
