Customer service was very professional and helpful! I had lots of questions, concerns, etc. And they simply walked me through it and helped satisfy my needs and requests. Would 100% recommend using them as a delivery service if you’re planning to send gifts to loved ones from abroad. In this case, I’m from Canada and sent 2 bouquets and a cake with a balloon, to my girlfriend in the provinces in Philippines. It arrived not only at a good time within my preferred time frame, but it was delivered without any issues! Thank you again!

I have no comments about anything. The quality of the products were good. The ordering process was simple and easy to follow. The only thing I would change is the colour of a balloon. For a birthday greeting a black balloon wasn't what I was expecting.
