Prompt delivery as promised but the card and message was wrong!!!! The card and message content was addressed to a different person!!! Somebody has to proof read the card better so that the personal message will be received to the intended recipient! It became a joke to everyone as the recipient was totally SURPRISED and SCARED to receive a message from a person she has no clue as to who that sender was and the message was totally inappropriate! Not good for business when card and it’s messages is delivered to the wrong person, it should be reviewed with great details when it comes to this kind of situation! It taints the occasion and becomes awkward to whoever receives a wrong card and message! That is why it is called a personalized message as it is meant for a special person!!
