Got nothing to complain about. My second time to order. Everything went smoothly. Delivery was great. On time. And product quality was top notch.I guess I can suggest that the progress of the delivery should be available or at least relayed to the customer. Not in a very detailed way, but at least like: the order is ready for delivery, then it’s on the way, & may be ETA. That’s it.

The flower image on the website is 100% accurate with the actual. The delivery process was handled professionally. Delivery timing was perfectly executed. The cake was chilled and in perfect condition. Theor after sales service was promt (messenger replies). All in all I am a happy and satisfied client! Maybe in the future you can add more products like plushies, aromatic candles, etc.
