the message was written in the paper instead of sash / ribbon, it would be great if it was written in ribbon and add small a card to reflect the whole note / message (if the message is long)
I would suggest that in every confirmation that the order is delivered, the actual picture of the flower will be attached to it to ensure consumers that the item were actually delivered. Thanks.
Great prompt service
The order went smoothly and I was able to reach customer service through the hotline easily, however, post-delivery response was quite bad. I had to ask twice to be sent a photograph of the delivered item before I got a reply. Also, post - delivery, i could no longer contact the hotline, and was always directed to a voice message. On the good side, The flowers looked extra fresh and properly executed, very similar to the picture in the catalog. however, the sash may need some improvement. The quality of the text on the sash was below expectation as it looked so amateur. Maybe to inform the partner florist to invest more in creating more professional looking lettering/sash design -- particularly for high profile recipients, in our case, the family of an ex-Senator of the Philippines. Customer service agents are quick to respond to queries, knew what they were selling and were very friendly and accommodating. overall a good experience and would definitely use the services again in the future.
