I appreciate the fact that they called me when some of the flowers included were unavailable and checked with me for replacements.It would be very helpful if the photos in the website is actually what you get not only with regards to the flowers but also in terms of what baskets/wrappings/vases look like and the way the flowers are arranged. It would also help if measurements of the product are provided especially for those who rely only on the photographs to make a decision.I asked my family to photograph what was delivered so I can compare with the one in the website. Flowers were almost the same but the basket and arrangement were not. My mother said it was small but the website showed a substantial bouquet.
