The customer service is nothing short of amazing, thevquality of the product always leaves my girl with her jaw dropped. The price, amazing, less than you would expect. Being so far away, its a great feeling knowing flower chimp litterally, has my back.

Flowers were delivered on time and the presentation of the roses were perfect !! I will be a repeat customer

I ordered one dozen of roses, but my girlfriend only received 11 roses. I'm a very disappointed because it's our 1st anniversary and it's supposed to be perfect & a memorable one. I hope the staff should be more cautious next time and put the right number of roses. Everything should be inspected and double checked before delivering it.

I am satisfied with everything.
