That the delivery was on time, well within the time range I selected. The courier also kept in contact when they weren't sure which house was mine exactly. The courier was also very respectful and kind. One thing to improve upon though: When they asked to take our picture, they did not clarify that it was for proof of delivery and simply asked our permission to take a picture. I think it would be better to state this upfront as not everyone will be used to this protocol and some might become wary of it. Lucky for both parties, we happened to already know about this as it was a thing for most courier services. Anyway, it's a minor thing and overall the service and delivery were great! The flowers smelled amazing as well and looked very fresh!
