Sweetheart + Black Forrest Cake Bundle

The teddy bear I chose was different at the time of delivery but overall it was excellent.

I believe the experience was Amazing! the flowers were beautiful, the Cake was great and the courtesy of the delivery driver was amazing, thank you very much for making my wife's birthday wonderful. Although maybe don't advertise on her Facebook before you arrive haha

This is not on what you could have done better, but a compliment of what you have done or were able to do. This order was a flower bundle that included a birthday cake. The bundle was delivered by one guy, on a motorcycle. The cake obviously got tossed around in transit and was damaged and unpresentable.We immediately notified Flower Chimp and sent a photo of the damaged cake. I am very pleased to say that I commend Flower Chimp for investigating the incident immediately, responding to the report promptly, and finding a resolution to the issue (replacing the cake with no questions asked). On the same day.Considering the time zone difference, I am impressed with the way this incident was handled. Prompt response, courteous and professional customer service, same day resolution. Kudos to you and your staff. You have my 5 stars.
